PEPPERONI VEGGIE STROMBOLI (PASTRY RING)
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
14 oz bag frozen peppers and onions
1 pound pizza dough
8 oz bag shredded mozzarella cheese
16 slices salami
1 cup sliced pepperoni
18 slices provolone cheese
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In greased skillet, cook vegetables until tender. On floured surface, roll dough into 9x13" rectangle, sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with salami, pepperoni, vegetables, then provolone. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. *ROLL up jelly roll style, pinch edge to seal. Place log on lined baking sheet, shape into ring, pinching together ends to seal. Bake 25 min. or until done. Let cool slightly before cutting. SERVE & ENJOY...
