NO-BAKE DANISH PASTRIES
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
6 English muffins, split, toasted
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup jam
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Using 1" cookie cutter, cut circles in muffin tops. Spread cream cheese, then jam on bottoms, add tops. In bowl, whisk 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbs water, drizzle over muffins. Dust with sugar. SERVE & ENJOY...
