FRUITY NUTTY PORRIDGE
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
2 cups cooked wild rice
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbs maple syrup
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
2 tbs dried cranberries
2 tbs dried blueberries
In a skillet, heat rice, cream and maple syrup until hot. Add hazelnuts, blueberries and cranberries, stir until heated through. Divide among bowls. SERVE with more cream and maple syrup & ENJOY...
