MAPLE PECAN POPCORN---Heat 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup light corn syrup in a pot until it reaches 260 degrees on a candy thermometer. Add 1 1/2 cups pecans, cook 2 min. Stir in 1 1/2 tbs butter until melted, then pour over 8 cups hot popcorn, toss. Spread on baking sheets, let cool. SERVE & ENJOY...TNT---
STICKY MARSHMALLOW POPCORN---Melt 4 cups mini marshmallows and 3 tbs butter with 1/4 cup each sugar and light corn syrup in a pan, pour over 8 cups hot popcorn. Add 2 cups cornflakes, mix. Season with salt. SERVE & ENJOY...
