EASY CHOCOLATE WAFFLES
MAKES 7 WAFFLES.
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups milk
2 tbs sugar
3 cups flour
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbs baking powder
Place plate in oven, heat to 200 degrees. Heat a waffle iron. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a bowl, whisk milk, oil and 1/4 cup water. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture, whisk until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. MIST waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour batter into waffle iron. Close iron, cook until waffle is golden. Place on plate in oven. Repeat with remaining batter. SERVE hot & ENJOY...
