CREAMSICLE CHEESECAKE BARS
MAKES 18 BARS.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13" baking pan with foil, leaving an overhang on two sides. In a food processor, finely grind 14
graham crackers. Pulse in 6 tbs unsalted butter. Press into bottom of pan, bake until golden brown 7 min. Process three 8 oz pkgs
cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbs flour until smooth. Beat in 1 cup sour cream, then 3 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla. Beat in 1/2 cup
frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed. Reserve 1/4 cup batter. Pour the rest over the prepared crust. Stir 2 tbs orange juice
concentrate into reserved batter, transfer to a plastic bag. Snip a tiny corner off bag, pipe lines lengthwise over batter. Drag a skewer
across lines to form a pattern. Bake until cheesecake is set 20 min. Let cool, then refrigerate 3 hours, then SERVE...
