Good morning Cardiff!
I've become really unfit and so I want to start a new fitness regime... but I gave one exercise ball I had to a pregnant mum I knew from the school gates who moved house shortly after...and the extra one I had for exercising with my daughter came to a sticky and explosive end!
I'm now bereft of balls!
Does anyone in Caerau or the general Cardiff area for that matter, have one I can have please?
