FRUIT OVER FROZEN-YOGURT
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
1/8 tsp salt
2 orange rind strips
8 oz pkg mixed dried fruit, chopped
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Bring juice, salt, rind, fruit and cinnamon to a boil in a pan. Simmer 10 min. Cool slightly. Scoop 1/2 cup yogurt into each of 6 bowls, top each serving with 1/4 cup fruit mixture and 2 tsp almonds. SERVE immediately & ENJOY...
