I'm offering a vintage GPO model 706 telephone with the following information on the base
706 GEN 67/1
and
GPO BATCH SAMPLED 8546
706 looks like the phone type and I'm assuming 67/1 is a date code for 1967. Not sure of the exact colour, at a guess it looks like a shade of mustard / yellow.
It's in reasonable condition but needs restoring. The dial has no resistance when returning, so it snaps back almost instantly rather than at a regulated speed. Also there is no cord to connect it to a socket.
Available for collection most weekday evenings.
