TOMATO BAKE
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
1/2 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs melted butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbs chopped basil
In 8" baking dish, toss tomatoes, garlic and oil, season. Broil, stirring until tomatoes soften. Stir panko and butter together, sprinkle over tomatoes. Broil 30 seconds. Sprinkle with basil, then SERVE...
