THAI PORK WRAPS
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
1/2 pound ground pork
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 tbs oil
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tbs lime juice
1/2 tbs fish sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp brown sugar or Splenda
1/2 head lettuce
Cook pork and garlic in oil 7 min. Off heat, stir in cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, hot sauce and brown sugar. SERVE with lettuce...
