PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Whisk three 12 oz cans evaporated milk, 1/4 cup chocolate liqueur, and 1/8 cup peppermint schnapps in a slow cooker. Add 12 oz bag dark chocolate chips. Cover cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Ladle into mugs. Garnish with fat free whipped topping and candy canes, then SERVE...
