[SimplifyMe] Spicy Winter {Greens}

 

SPICY WINTER GREENS
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.

3/4 pound kale or mustard greens, chopped
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and Pepper

FILL a pot halfway with water, bring to a boil. Add greens, cook until tender. Drain, rinse until cool, then drain again. Wipe out pot, then add oil, garlic and red pepper. Cook until garlic is golden. Add greens, cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper, then SERVE...
