SPICY GLAZED HAM
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
1 1/2 pound fully cooked boneless ham
1/2 cup apple juice
3/4 cup apricot jam
2 tbs white wine vinegar
3/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
HEAT oven to 375 degrees. Place ham on a rack set in a roasting pan. Pour apple juice over ham, cover pan with foil, bake 10 min. In a bowl, combine jam, vinegar, pepper, ginger and nutmeg. Transfer 1/2 cup of mixture to a bowl for serving. Brush half of remaining glaze over ham, bake uncovered 10 min. Brush remaining glaze over ham, bake 15 min. more.
