BLT CHICKEN MAC & CHEESE
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
12 oz elbow macaroni
2 jars 15 oz each Alfredo sauce
8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
12 strips cooked bacon, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups arugula
PREPARE macaroni according to package directions, drain. Return macaroni to pot. Stir in Alfredo sauce and 1/2 cheese until combined. Stir in bacon, tomatoes, chicken and arugula. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon macaroni mixture into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with greased boil. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering during last 5 min. of cooking, then SERVE...
