SEAFOOD VEGGIE BOIL
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
1/4 cup Louisiana style shrimp and crab boil seasoning
2 pounds potatoes
2 onions, peeled, quartered
1 1/4 pounds smoked pork sausage links, cut into 3" pieces
4 ears of corn, cut in half
2 pounds shrimp
Fill a pot halfway with water. Add seasoning, bring to a boil. Add potatoes to pot. Allow water to return to a boil, cook 5 min. Add onions and sausage. Bring water back to a boil, cook 15 min. Add corn, bring water back to a boil, cook 10 min. or until potatoes are done. Add shrimp, bring water back to a boil, cook until shrimp turn pink 3 min. Drain through a colander, discard liquid.
