LIME WATERMELON SHOTS---Lime rind shells filled with watermelon gelatin.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
3 oz pkg watermelon gelatin
3/4 cup cranberry juice
4 limes
CUT limes in half, scoop out all the flesh. Reserve flesh and juice for limeade. Place lime shells on mini muffin tins to keep from wobbling. In microwave pitcher, microwave cranberry juice until boiling. Add water melon gelatin, stir until dissolved. Stir in 1/4 cup water. Chill 30 min. Pour mixture into lime shells. Chill 3 hours. Turn limes upside down on cutting board, cut limes in half, then SERVE...
