KEBABS FOR DOGGIES
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Six 4" long carrot sticks
2 tbs olive oil
6 cubes 1" beef or chicken
1 tbs dried parsley
6 slices 1" thick zucchini
Heat a grill or grill pan. In a bowl, toss meat and zucchini with oil. Sprinkle with parsley. Place meat and zucchini on grill, cook until meat is cooked through and zucchini is tender. Remove from heat, let cool. Poke a small hole through center of each meat cube and zucchini slice. Thread 1 piece of meat and 1 zucchini slice onto each of the carrot sticks, then SERVE to your dog...
