TURKEY SAUSAGE PIZZA
MAKES 8 SLICES.
1/2 cup each sliced onion, sliced mushrooms, chopped green bell pepper and pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
3/4 pound Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed
PRESS dough onto a pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Prick dough thoroughly. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min. or until lightly browned. In a skillet, cook sausage, onion, mushrooms and bell pepper until sausage is no longer pink, breaking up sausage, drain. Spread crust with pizza sauce. Top with sausage mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 min. longer or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted, then SERVE...
