[SimplifyMe] Sesame Seed Teriyaki {Salmon}

 

SESAME SEED TERIYAKI SALMON
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, finely minced
1 tsp peeled grated ginger
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar or Splenda
1 tbs lite soy sauce
2 salmon steaks
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tsp chili sauce, tomato type
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbs water

IN a baking dish, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili sauce, ginger, garlic and half the green onions. Add salmon steaks to marinade, turning to coat. Cover refrigerate 1 hour. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a broiler pan with foil. Coat foil with cooking spray. Remove salmon from baking dish. Place salmon on broiler pan. Roast salmon 8 min. Turn oven to broil, baste salmon with marinade, broil salmon until it is cooked through. Garnish salmon with sesame seeds and remaining green onions, then SERVE with a salad if desired...
