HONEY BALSAMIC GLAZE WITH PORK CHOPS
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
4 bone in pork chops
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
GLAZE---
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/8 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup honey
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced rosemary
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
SPRINKLE pork chops with pepper flakes, salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat oil. Add pork, cook 7 min. on each side or until done. IN same skillet, whisk vinegar, honey, green onions, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, whisk in butter until melted. SERVE with pork chops...
