[SimplifyMe] Gray inside Ground meat

 

The gray only means that the meat is oxygen deprived

and has nothing to do with age .The reason the meat stays nice and pink 
is carbon monoxide has been added.Just like every Ground meat now
has 25% mechanically engeeniert  meat in it ,or the nice sirloin steak are on sell
because they are clued together bits and pieces .
