I am looking for a full-sized bicycle wheel to use for a creative project - doesn't matter whether it's in perfect condition (as it won't be going on a bike!) but reasonably clean or easily cleanable. It's only the wheel I need, not tyre or inner tube. I can collect from Cardiff and surrounding area.
