POMEGRANATE SORBET Makes 4 cups.
Simmer1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup water in a saucepan until reduced to 3/4 cup, 10 min. Combine sugar syrup and 3 cups chilled pomegranate juice and 1 lemon juiced, chill. Process in ice cream maker. SERVE immediately or freeze in container with plastic wrap pressed to surface to be eaten later...
