This paragraph is from their web page
"The pre-loved items you clear from your home will be much appreciated by us. These include, clothes, shoes, bags, toys, books, kitchen-ware, household-ware, and electrical appliances. Please ensure they are in good and usable quality, as we do not have the means to dispose of unwanted items for you. Thank you for your understanding.

Sales proceeds go towards running the orphanage, which includes giving our children the education and nourishment they need."

Initially I was not sure what can be donated (to orphanages/villages etc), but so far, by trial and error, this is what Mr Wee has accepted (to help fellow recyclers to decide)

-CNY red plastic containers (I had lots of them, now they have found a new home/use)
-toys (forever favourite)
-working electrical items
-balls(football, rugby balls,basketballs)
-hamper baskets
-board games
-books( no school textbooks)
-costume jewellery
-key chains
-pin badge
-school uniforms
-unused disposable chopsticks/plates/fork/spoon/cups
-water bottle
-kitchenware (no glass or ceramic)
-utensils(fork,spoon,knife,chopsticks)
-notepads/post it pads/blank excercise books
-ring folders (school type, not the big black color ones used for accounting purposes)
-paper or plastic folders/file
-baby clothes
-bags
-shoes
-clothes
etc etc

when I am not sure, I give him a ring/whats app to just check with him, I do not want to burden him with something he does not need( NOTE:His thrift shop is not a damping ground! He is a one man show)

He also sends some of these items to the orphanage in philippines via these gigantic thrift boxes
