NUTTY PEAR SALAD
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
Combine 1 1/2 tbs oil, 1 tbs red wine vinegar, 1 tsp chopped thyme, 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp honey, and salt in a bowl. Combine 4 cups salad greens, 2 cups sliced pear, 1 cup sliced endive, and 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts in a bowl. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad mixture, toss. Sprinkle with 1 oz crumbled cheese.
