ORANGE CRANBERRY CHUTNEY
MAKES 1 1/4 CUPS.
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup peeled, diced large apple
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp grated orange zest
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
4 tbs honey
Place all ingredients, except for honey in a pan. Cook until mixture begins to simmer. Simmer 20 min. Add honey, simmer for another 5 min. until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat, cool to room temp. SERVE & ENJOY...
