VEGGIE BISCUIT BAKE
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
2 1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
10.75 oz can condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar Monterey Jack cheese
Pepper
1 tsp garlic pepper blend
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/4 cups milk
COMBINE broccoli, soup, 3/4 cup milk and seasonings in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in ham and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Pour into a greased baking dish. Combine biscuit mix, egg and remaining milk in a bowl until moistened. Drop by tablespoonfuls over ham mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until golden brown, then SERVE...
