I am a burlesque dancer but am currently unemployed, so it's difficult for me to afford fancy costumes. My next show is on a 'golden age of hollywood' theme, and my act is based on Fay Wray in the original King Kong film from the 30's.
It's a strange ask, but I wonder if anyone out there happens to have a gorilla suit gathering dust somewhere?! Ideally, condition would be good, but I can patch up any tears etc. I've been looking at hiring one and buying online, but I simply can't afford it - they are so expensive!
I live in Canton, but don't have a car so local collection would be better for me. Anywhere around the city centre/Canton/Grangetown/Splott/Roath etc would be great, unless you can deliver to me. Fingers crossed you can help me!
