Ideal for a kid (or family) with not much money who wants a pc and wants to learn how to assemble a computer.
motherboard: gigabyte ga-h110m-ds2
memory: 16gb
cpu: intel core i5-6500
120gb sandisk ssd
TP-Link wireless dongle
monitor: samsung s22f355fhe
cd/dvd drive
case and power supply. (there are no case fans)
power cables
What you will need to buy to make the computer operational:
1) thermal paste for the cpu cooler fan to mount onto the cpu
2) sata hd cable to connect the 120gb drive to the motherboard
3) operating system (windows, or linux)
4) mouse
5) keyboard
6) vga graphics cable (if you use the integrated graphics) or hdmi cable (if you install a new graphics card)
There should be integrated graphics on the motherboard/cpu already, but if you want to use this for gaming, like my son did, it will probably require a modest graphics card. That might cost ~200$?
Please don't ask for this if you're going to scavenge away the parts. I rather give it to a limited-means kid or family who needs a minimal computer and who have the gumption to put it all together.
No warranty (this is free) but up until a few months go, my son used this as his gaming pc (for refernce, it could play Rainbow 6: Siege, but was not powerful enough for Fortnite)
Collection is from my house in Springleaf Heights.
Thanks
