I have the following to offer after upgraded to Sony soundbar:
1) Pioneer AV receiver VSX-C100 (no HDMI) with 5 speakers and subwoofer. With cables and 2 wall speaker holders and 2 floor speaker stands. Remote available also. A few knicks and paint scratches.
2) Wireless Sennheiser R45 headphones (needs a new battery which you can get from Taobao or Aliexpress).
Last checked in working condition.
