The mechanism still works but the surface is in appalling state after storing in the cupboard (cool and dark, so it really shouldn't be disintegrating), completely flaking. See pictures attached. I called Osim customer service and they said can bring it down to any store and the staff will assess if it can/should be replaced for free.
Available to anyone willing to undertake the task, as we don't use it and are frankly lazy to make the effort. Please note there's no guarantee it'll be repaired or replaced for free.
In case of too many responses, I will only reply the person that will be receiving this, hope for your understanding in advance. If I don't reply you, please take it as someone else has reserved or collected the items ahead of you. You'll be queued in case the person is a no-show. Thanks!
