prefer pick up everything in one go:
1. TV - old type, still working last time we checked; this is the type with thick back part
2. (3) wooden cabinets - some covers already gone
3. 6 seater wooden dining table - no chairs, there used to be glass top but can still be used without it
4. (5) pcs Old pull up banner
5. Unused bedpan
6. Big size foam puzzle mats
7. Single size mattress
