Dear fellow freecyclers,
Does anyone have a floppy drive for laptop to pass on? I am in very urgent need of one. For those who are curious, I need a laptop floppy drive in order to install the drivers for the laptop's internal SATA hard disk during Windows XP operating system installation on the laptop, without which, the laptop's internal SATA hard disk cannot be detected by Windows XP OS setup installation. Windows XP setup will only look for the SATA hard disk drivers from a floppy drive during the operation system installation process, so I really need a floppy drive very urgently, without which I am unable to proceed any further to install Windows XP on the laptop as Windows XP setup refuses to detect the laptop's internal SATA hard disk unless I first point it to the SATA hard disk drivers which I have already downloaded onto a floppy disk on a desktop PC.
I would be extremely grateful if anyone has a laptop floppy drive to pass on.
