WARM CURRY CAULIFLOWER
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
Boil 6 cups cauliflower florets until tender, drain. Heat a skillet. Add 1/4 cup oil. Saute 1/2 cup chopped onion until lightly golden. Stir in 2 tbs grated peeled ginger, cauliflower, 1 tsp garam masala, salt, and 1/4 tsp coriander. Cook 2 min. SERVE & ENJOY...
