FENNEL AND CAULIFLOWER
MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
6 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced fennel
1/4 cup oil
1 tbs chopped fennel fronds
2 tbs cider vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
Bring a pan of water to a boil, add cauliflower. Boil 5 min. add fennel. Boil until cauliflower is tender, drain. Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add cauliflower mixture, toss. SERVE & ENJOY...
