APPLE ORANGE CREPES
MAKES 3 SERVINGS.
Cook 2 sliced peeled apples with 2 tbs each brown sugar and lemon juice, 1 tsp vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon in a skillet until tender. Spoon onto 6 crepes, fold into quarters, keep warm. Simmer 3/4 cup orange juice, 2 tsp orange zest, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 2 tbs butter in a pan until syrupy. Drizzle over crepes, top with cream cheese. SERVE & ENJOY...
