[SimplifyMe] Shredded Pork {Slow-Cooker}

 

SHREDDED PORK SLOW-COOKER
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.

2 pounds pork boneless roast
1 tbs oil
4 cloves garlic, skins removed, crushed
1 tbs cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 cup orange juice
4 limes, juiced

Poke 3 holes in pork, stuff with half the garlic. Warm oil in a skillet. Add pork, brown. Combine remaining ingredients in blender, blend until combined. Place pork in slow cooker, pour liquid mixture over pork. Let marinate 10 min. or each side. *Turn slow cooker on low, set timer for 8 hours. After 8 hours, remove pork, shred. Remove all liquid from slow cooker except 1 cup, add pork back to pot. Let cook 30 min. SERVE shredded pork on lettuce wraps or in corn tortillas. Top with salsa, chopped cilantro and avocado & ENJOY...
