[SimplifyMe] {Grilled Fish} with Veggie

 

GRILLED FISH WITH VEGGIE
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.

1/8 cup olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
3 anchovy fillets in oil, drained, chopped
Salt and Pepper
2 tuna steaks
1/2 pound broccoli, trimmed
2 lemon wedges

Combine oil, garlic, anchovy fillets and pepper in a pan. Cook until garlic begins to sizzle, remove from heat. Set aside. Heat a grill. Coat tuna with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add to pan, cook until desired doneness. Remove from pan. Combine 1/2 tsp oil mixture and broccoli, toss. Add to pan, cook until tender. Place 1 tuna steak and half the broccoli on each of 2 plates. Drizzle each serving with 3/4 tbs oil mixture. SERVE with lemon wedges...
