i recently put an add in for some ladies weights which i kindly recieved , i have taken out excessive exercise as i am looking to loose 5 stone in a year, i kindly recieved the weights and also an exercise bike , i am just curious if someone else could help me , i am a good giver on here myself and give a fair bit away , i havent got the funds to buy any of this as to the reason me putting an add on here , if you got anything like a tredmill (long shot i know it dont have to be a massive exspensive one) or a stepper or anything to help me loose weight then it would be greatly appriciated , and will be in good hands
