Heat oven to 350°. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp soy sauce and a pinch pepper. Stir in 2 pkgs 9 oz each frozen green beans, cooked and drained, and 2.8 oz can French fried onions. Bake 20 min. Stir well. Top with another 2.8 oz can French fried onions. Cook 2 pounds green beans in boiling water until tender. Drain and place in a greased baking dish. In a skillet, melt 2 tbs butter, cook 1 pound sliced shiitake mushrooms and 4 cloves chopped garlic 5 min. Sprinkle on 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/8 tsp dried thyme. Stir in 3 cups milk and simmer 2 min. Pour sauce over beans, scatter 1 cup Seneca crisp onions over top. Bake 14 min. then SERVE...
