I make cranberry sauce every year. I have to do low carb tho. I had a gastric bypass two years ago and have lost over two hundred pounds. Eating low carb I am still losing weight. I don't measure so I don't have a recipe but basically I make something similar to the first recipe here just use stevia to sweeten. In years past I have used splenda with no issues.
