Hiya, Everybody!
My friend has gotten into an awful pickle. She let her house insurance lapse and then suffered a water leak under the concrete in her small living room! Obviously the insurance company now won't help and she can't afford to pay to have it fixed...part of why she lapsed on the insurance premiums...a vicious circle.
So, I figured, "How hard can it be to locate and fix it ourselves?" Hence, I'm asking for a pick axe, please. Plus, any sticky plasters for the leaking pipes! Ha,ha.x
