American plug vtech digital audio monitor. Broke after using once (probably cos I didn't realise it was for 110V output!) In the pics around the rubber band, you can see one cartridge fuse has given up. Not sure if it's fixable or even usable locally but if anyone would like to try, you're welcome to collect.
