Fully working, but bit of a loose connection somewhere so sometimes needs a tap on top to get the UV lamp to click on. Comes with 2-pin power supply.
Caught a few mossies in the house when we were using it. Not sure really how effective it is, but then we didn't have that many mossies to attract! Offered for free if you would like to give it a go...
