3 seater, good condition. No leather cracks or wear. Cushioning still mostly plump, but flatter on one seat coz it was the designated hibernation spot of an inveterate fatty couch potato.
PLS READ: 2 Caveats!
1. Has two "lazyboy" lounger seats. One side has the hand lever mechanism broken (the hook at the wire to activate the leg rest snapped I think).

2. We are in a 4th floor WALK-UP apartment, no lift. Transport companies will have a surcharge for furniture moving with no lifts (we had to pay additional $80).
