I'm looking for any old windows 7 (and above) laptop that is still working for the purpose of refurbishing and giving away at passiton.org.sg. If you have one to donate, kindly email me.
Things I'll do with it:
- Erase the laptop of any personal data
- Zerorize deleted files so that there is no trace of your deleted data that can be recovered
- Perform a clean up and refurbishment as necessary, for both hardware and software
- Or if you prefer, perform a full reformat (provided there is no activated microsoft office license on it - don't waste it!)
- Perform the necessary windows updates
- Email social worker (and cc you in the loop just so you know I'm not doing anything else with it)
- Perform the drop off at the specified date
