HI, if you are an animal lover who could not look away from seeing sickly and abandoned cats left out in the cold, rainy weather, please help if you have the following to throwaway or to donate:
1) cat carriers (to transport sick cats to the SPCA clinic for medical care)
2) undamaged large styrofoam boxes (to be built into cat shelters)
