Re: [SgFreecycle] question-must staples be removed from the corner of a A4 paper

hi,

1-must staples be removed from the corner of a A4 paper before recycling? No a must but it's preferable to remove. Then then paper can be put in the "paper" only recycling bin.

2-if I did remove the staples, can these small little staples be recycled as well? Can, put into the "metal" recycling bin.

In Singapore, the recyclable collection company actually do the separation in their company compound. If we were to separate before putting into the respective bins, then their work will be easier.

Hope this helps. Happy recycling.
