To give away: A glass back panel assembly which fits the IKEA BESTA TV
cabinet drawers and cupboards. I don't think this is available at IKEA in
SG - it is from the UK.
The glass panels each measure about 120cm long by 32cm tall. There are
eight of them in total which I currently have arranged in two sets of four,
so that each set measures 120cm wide by about 130cm tall (so with the two
side by side it measures 240cm wide by about 130cm tall). You could
however arrange them as one tall set of eight which would measure about
120cm wide by 260cm tall, or of course not use all of them to give a lower
panel.
The glass panels are opaque (i.e. not see through) and cream in colour.
The frames that they slot into are aluminium, as shown in the photos below.
I don't have a photo of the glass panels as they are still in the wooden
shipping crates.
Also included are two clear glass shelves which slot into the aluminium
frames. You can mount a flat panel TV directly to the aluminium frames
using the standard IKEA TV brackets. I had LED lights fixed to the back of
the aluminium frame to back-light the glass panels - looked quite good!
The LED strips are still attached, but you will need a new power supply if
you want to use them.
If you would like the item, please send me a message with why you think I
should give it you and when you can collect it, to help me choose if I
receive multiple requests. You will probably need a van as I'm not sure
they will fit into a taxi.
Collect as quickly as possible please from Marine Parade, just opposite
Parkway Parade shopping centre.

Update: Just found a couple of pics online showing what the glass panels
look like. I have 8 panels to give away which is the same as the smaller
setup shown in one of the photos with the TV mounted on the left.
